At petpire, we strive to provide a reliable and hassle-free shipping experience for you and your animal companions. Below you’ll find all the essential details about how we process and deliver your orders, from LED aquarium lights to automatic feeders.

1. Shipping Area & Currency

  • Shipping Destinations: We ship exclusively to addresses within the United States.

  • International Shipping: We do not offer international shipping at this time.

  • Currency: All prices and shipping rates are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

2. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: We are pleased to offer Complimentary (FREE) Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States.

  • There are no hidden fees or additional handling charges at checkout.

3. Order Processing & Delivery Timeline

To ensure your pet's habitat is upgraded as quickly as possible, we adhere to the following timeline:

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (EST) – Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this time will begin processing the next business day.

  • Handling Time: 1 to 3 business days (Monday – Friday).

  • Transit Time: 4 to 7 business days (Monday – Friday).

  • Estimated Total Delivery Time: 5 to 10 business days.

Please note: Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or major U.S. holidays.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number.

  • You can track your package via the carrier's website.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update once you have received the notification.

5. Delivery Issues & Damaged Items

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, or if your items (such as aquarium decor or glass heaters) arrive damaged, please contact us within 7 days at support@petpire.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or arrange a replacement.
