1. Orders & Payments

What payment methods do you accept? We offer a variety of secure payment options for your convenience:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express (Amex), Discover, Maestro, Diners Club, JCB.

  • Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

  • Please note: We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) or direct bank transfers at this time.

Is my payment information secure? Absolutely. Your security is our top priority. We use industry-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption to protect your data. Your credit card details are never stored on our servers; all transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways.

Are there any hidden taxes or fees? The price you see in your cart is transparent. Applicable Sales Tax will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery location within the United States. There are no hidden handling fees.


2. Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship? We ship exclusively within the United States. Currently, we do not offer international shipping to other countries or territories.

How much does shipping cost? Shipping is 100% FREE on all orders at petpire. There is no minimum purchase required. Whether you are buying a small bird toy or a complete LED aquarium setup, we cover the shipping costs.

How long will my order take to arrive? Our estimated delivery window is 5 to 10 business days, broken down as follows:

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday).

  • Transit Time: 4–7 business days (Monday – Friday).

  • Order Cut-Off: Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) will begin processing the next business day.

Can I track my order? Yes! Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's website.


3. Returns & Refunds

Can I change or cancel my order? Because our system begins processing orders immediately to ensure fast delivery, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations. Please contact us at support@petpire.com as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you.

What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Change of Mind: If you decide you no longer want the item, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If we made a mistake or the item is damaged, we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • Restocking Fees: We charge $0.00 restocking fees.

When will I receive my refund? Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days and credited back to your original payment method.


4. Products & Support

What if my item arrives damaged? If your LED light, feeder, or decor arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@petpire.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.

Do you offer gift cards? Not yet, but we are working on it! Stay tuned for the launch of digital gift cards in the near future.
