Refund policy

At petpire, we want you to shop for your animal companions with absolute confidence. Whether it’s a piece of aquarium decor or a new bird toy, our 30-day return policy is designed to be transparent and fair for all our customers.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

2. Return Eligibility (Product Condition)

To ensure the health and safety of all pets, we only accept returns for new, unused, and unassembled products.

  • The item must be in the original packaging with all tags and inserts included.

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

3. Return Types Accepted

We accept returns for both:

  • Defective Products: Items that are damaged, incorrect, or faulty.

  • Non-Defective Products (Customer Remorse): Items that the customer no longer wants, or if they changed their mind.

4. Exchanges

We do accept exchanges. If you would like to exchange your item for a different model or color, please contact us at support@petpire.com. The same eligibility criteria for returns apply to exchanges.

5. Return Process & Shipping Labels

We accept returns by mail only.

  • Return Label: For all returns (both defective and non-defective), the customer is responsible for arranging the shipment and paying the actual costs of return shipping. We do not provide prepaid return labels at this time.

  • Process: 1. Email support@petpire.com with your order number and reason for return. 2. Our team will provide you with the correct return address and instructions. 3. Mail your return using a trackable shipping service.

6. Return Shipping Costs & Fees

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If the product is incorrect or damaged upon arrival, petpire will reimburse the return shipping costs once the defect is verified.

  • Customer Remorse: If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, the return shipping cost is non-refundable.

  • Restocking Fees: We charge $0.00 restocking fees. There are no extra costs for processing your return.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance.

  • Gift cards.

  • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.

8. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method.

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.

  • Note: Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

9. Order Cancellations

Our system processes orders immediately. Therefore, we cannot cancel or modify an order once it is placed. If you no longer want the item, please follow the return process once the package arrives.
